Conversion rates, they’re the stuff that makes your world go round if you’re an insurance agent.
It’s also an interactive way of converting your insurance leads where they can always click on the links in your email to get more information about your products or about how to shop for insurance. You also gain the benefit of better tracking when you make use of drip marketing as one of your tools to market your insurance products. You’ll see just who opened your email and you’ll see who clicked on the link’s various pages in your website from your email. When conversion rate matter to you (which you should) and you want to get the best conversion rates, drip marketing is going to be a great tool that you ought to take advantage of.

Your insurance leads aren’t experts at insurance like you and that’s why they look for answers to their questions. You will actually notice that a lot of the emails you get are likely to be questions on insurance plans and probably questions on how much it would cost them to buy the coverage from you. Remember that insurance leads are after some good information and the better information they get, the more likely they are to purchase your insurance plans.

FAQs are a great way to disseminate some information provided they are easy to read. You will notice that most of the emails which are sent to you, or the comments posted on your site, are typically geared towards some basic questions. Since most health insurance leads have the same questions, there will definitely be a pattern there. This is the starting point of your FAQ and questions lists. Create a section which can be used as a question resource and use your base questions to provide the answers.

In terms of insurance sales conversions, FAQs can help you as well. Remember that your medical insurance leads want to talk to an insurance agent that cannot only help them but also someone who they can contact when needed and is an expert at what they do. Creating an FAQ list doesn’t just help save you the time in answering questions; it also builds your credibility with the insurance leads that end up on your page.

You should also remember that when you create a question list, you are going to be adding a lot of relevant content to your website which in turn is also going to be beneficial in terms of SEO. Since the search engines look for relevant information as well as fresh content, you can effectively build your page rank that way. Ultimately, setting up a website can be difficult and so can getting insurance leads to see it. The great thing is that if you invest time and effort into it, you can definitely be successful.

Of course FAQs aren’t enough to sustain a growing business and it is important to diversify your technique. Make sure you diversify by getting more eyes to your website. But before your lead generating site takes off, purchase our high quality insurance leads to get you on the right track in a snap. Sign up now!

Have you been sitting on your swivel chair trying to figure out a way to get those insurance leads to actually buy from you? Have your sales been extremely poor this month perhaps?

If the state of your insurance sales is frustrating you and you’re after much better stats in the next couple of weeks or months, then you’ve got to roll up your sleeves and put some work into a new insurance marketing or sales tactic. One of the areas which a lot of insurance agents, unfortunately, miss out on is email. Yes, you heard right, email. Such a simple technique to work on that it’s a letdown for you as an insurance agent to not have a proper email campaign.

An email campaign is meant to do things, obviously tell your prospects about the services that you’re offering while at the same time make sure they are geared towards getting an insurance plan from you. Email is the first step to generate a sale so make sure you create emails designed to really get your leads ready to buy.

One of the things that make email so easy is that you can create mailing lists. Mailing lists should be specific to the insurance leads that you’re targeting. For example, if you want to target Medicare leads, make sure that you have a mailing list of senior leads on your CRM so that you can reach all of them in one email blast.

Personalizing an email is another important technique. No one likes to be treated like a sale, least of all your insurance leads. Something that you can do to make them feel special is to send them email greeting cards. This may sound funny to you but getting a greeting on your birthday or during the holidays makes anyone feel special and as any good businessperson knows making someone feel special is a step closer to a sale.

Lastly, make sure you send relevant emails. Don’t send a promotion for senior health insurance leads to someone who doesn’t qualify for that promotion. This will just irritate leads and will be a spot in the black book for you.

At the end of the day as with any marketing technique, emails are meant to make you stand out with your leads. Stand out easier with insurance leads from us. Sign up not for steady flow of leads.

Competition in the insurance arena is indeed tough. Insurance agents always rush after hot insurance leads. These hot leads are like a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Sometimes you find it, sometimes you don’t. In short, it is hard to find a guaranteed lead that will convert at least 20% into sales. The quantity of leads is not a guarantee you will get more apps – but the quality of leads. But you have to note that “guaranteed” lead don’t come cheap. Also, as an insurance agent, you should know that quality insurance lead is your ticket to big profits… if you use it well. Therefore, it is still not the be all and end all towards success.

Nowadays, it’s really not that easy to convince people, or at least set an appointment – getting your foot on the door is not as easy as it seems because of too many competitions. Your leads therefore must be “exclusive” – that is a quality list. But as earlier mentioned, you should not only rely on these kinds of list alone. Your success also depends greatly on your working habits. No procrastination! Once you get these quality leads, start calling, calling and calling. Don’t procrastinate or you will lose big time! Like the title itself, insurance leads open many doors… to bigger profits, and the rest, you have to do it yourself – enter the door and do what you do best, at your best.

So your first main concern is to deal with reputable lead company. How? Ask around. Do your research. Ask for references before you invest money on their cheap health insurance leads. Remember “hot” and “quality”. Next is call and follow up those leads as soon as you get them. Do not be too pushy though, which means give your prospects and clients room to breathe. When you close deals and get commissions, use a portion of your commissions in buying new quality leads – a cycle or a routine you should always follow. A good plan is winning half the battle. You’re on the right track but you always need to be on your toes to convert those leads into sales.

Are you finding it hard to convert your leads? Your sales success ratio highly depend on the quality of your leads, sign up now and get connected with active shoppers who are at the peak of their insurance interest.

How many times have people told you that all you have to do to become better at converting insurance leads is to work harder? Working harder is like the answer to everything. For example, if someone asked you how you plan to improve your time management skills at the office what would you say? 9 times out of 10 you will hear someone say, I’ll work harder at _______. When you ask your kids how they will improve their grades, chances are at some point they will say I’ll work harder. Don’t get us wrong, hard work will keep you grounded but smart work will take you places. So, how do you work smart?

Tip one. Sell to an easier market. Prime medical insurance leads are abundant and they might be right up your alley but the competition for those leads is huge. Uninsurable leads bring in just as much money with less work because it’s easier to sell plans to them.

Tip two. Make it easier for your insurance leads to get a quote by creating a quote engine. Gone are the days when you had to compute every quote by hand. Now, you can send quote engine that will compute new quotations as your rates come in. This way, you won’t have to be the one searching through prices and inputting information – rather the system will do it for you.

Tip three. Use email templates. Even if you email different insurance leads at a time, chances are you’ve got groups of people that have similar demographics and therefore similar needs. This means that in truth you only really need few standard templates and no longer need to create multiple emails for different leads – saving you time and effort.

Tip four. Contact your leads at least 6 times. Every new lead you use is an extra cost and additional effort. If you contact the same lead more than once, you not only spread out the cost but you also gain some name recall.

All in all, working hard is part of being successful insurance agent but working hard and working smart will set you apart from the rest. For more tips on getting insurance leads and converting them – Sign up now!

There are things in life that’s constant like the population where it doesn’t stop growing. With this, insurance needs come hand in hand – most especially by the senior members of the population which obviously needs the protection most. This means that you need to brush up on the details of Medicare so you can get a big slice of the pie in the very lucrative senior market.

To make your agency cut above the rest, you need to take advantage of the complexity of insurance. With laws and regulation going over some radical changes as a result of the ObamaCare coming into law, it has become more difficult for an average person to fully grasp how health insurance really works. This means that the more you know about it and the better you can explain this changes to your Medicare leads, the better is your chance to bag the sale.

Medicare gives the right kind of coverage for health insurance leads over the age of 65 but obviously don’t cover even half of their medical needs. There are, however, a number of options that go with this plan. If you take a look at the many parts of Medicare, you’ll understand why this is all so confusing. You have to get into the game where you know the ins and outs of Medicare and other supplemental coverage that your insurance leads might need. There’s a great need for insurance information today and the one who provides for it will gain a reputation of being an authority in the insurance industry.

As the first batches of babyboomers reaches their 65th birthday, there will be enough insurance leads for everyone to pursue. In fact, it is estimated that there will be an influx of 70 million babyboomers that will need Medicare and other supplemental products over the next 30 years. The clamor for health insurance protection will exponentially grow and you have to be prepared and become knowledgeable about the workings of senior insurance products.

Keep in mind that insurance sales leads look to you for information and it’s more than just insurance that they’re looking for. The more you can enlighten them about insurance and the type of policy that will cover for their needs, the better your chance of submitting another app.

You have to tap into the senior market and you can actually break through it if you take the time to understand programs like Medigap, Medicare and Medicare Advantage. Keep up with the trends and you’ll experience an overwhelming increase on your conversion rates – where health insurance leads become your satisfied customers who look to you for the best information on insurance.

Enjoy more closure. Sign up now and let our high quality insurance leads make you grab a bigger piece of the senior insurance market.

Even if you don’t want to get cold prospects, these are just one of the things that you have to live with when you’re buying insurance leads. Just like working on hot new leads and squeamish to buy leads, you also have to spend some time with your cold prospects. Insurance marketing to cold leads is not as bad as it sounds when you have all the right tools to keep the connection between you and your prospects. It might mean a long term campaign, but at least you give it a shot. Remember that you paid top dollar for these leads too.

Before going into what you should do to keep your potential insurance sales alive, let’s talk about what makes a cold lead first. These are leads that you had a chance to talk with about the proposal you made. But for one reason or another, they’re just not prepared to take that leap to buy insurance and they became warm leads. Unfortunately, three months have passed and still you get no response or reaction from them.

You have yourself a cold lead. And when this happens, it’s easy to forget about these leads and just end the relationship. But you have to think about the work you’ve put into it before. You can’t let that go to waste. So this is where you bring in tools like the email specials, email newsletter and email autoresponder. By making use of these tools and using them correctly, you can keep your prospect open to the idea that you’ll be selling insurance to them in the future. You’re just waiting till they’re good and ready to buy but meanwhile; you’re keeping the relationship alive.

Specials are inevitable and you’ll have a special events or holidays as an opportunity to touch base with your cold leads. Email them a greeting or keep them on the loop on things that’s happening on insurance industry through newsletters. If you think this is going to be hard considering you have so many leads to keep up with, you can lighten up your workload by using email autoresponder. It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3 to keep in touch with cold leads and bring them back to life.

Fed up with your current leads? Sign up today and get the ball rolling speaking with active insurance shoppers that are so much into insurance.

Social media is a power to contend with and if you want to succeed in your internet insurance business, you need to wield this power yourself. If you don’t know where to start, here’s a good tip. Take a look at your own participation in social media. If you’ve been surfing the net for a time now, you’ll have visited sites like YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and the like. Even if you don’t have an account in any of these yet, you know pretty much how it goes. As a tool to get medical insurance leads, social media can be better than advertising.

Essentially, you don’t have to face a very large bill if you use social media to get the word out about your insurance agency. Aside from that, you’ll be able to reach the far corners of the world to make great insurance sales. When you have a page online, it’s not hard for your agency to be seen and if you put the right content in your page, you’ll be able to find your target audience amongst the crowd. Actually, it will be these people who find you. Another one up social media has on advertising is that you also get to see what your customers are saying about your brand.

So you’re convinced that social media would be a good tool? Get right on to the sites mentioned above and create an account if you don’t have one yet. From there, you need to post interesting stuff about your agency and how you would be able to help leads find what they need. You also need to be honest and transparent with the information you post online. And of course, don’t forget to be a good listener about what people in your target market are saying.

Social media is a powerful tool for selling insurance. Through the simple and easy step of signing up, you’ll get a big return on your investment. If you’re still stumped with what to do, you can find out more about what you can do with social media to help your agency. Sign up now and learn more about our high quality insurance leads and how to put your agency on top of the heap.

When calling your insurance leads, gatekeepers are very good at judging who to let through. First time sales people will acknowledge that getting through their gatekeeper is probably the most challenging part of their routine if not one of. Gatekeepers are trained to asked the right questions, listen for a particular tone and make sure that if they let someone through it’s a legitimate source and not someone trying to sneak a sale.

Typically you get three people on the other line; the prospect (if you’re very lucky), the gatekeeper (in all forms of assistants, secretaries and family members) or the prospect in machine form (a.k.a. the answering machine). Let’s skip the first two for now and focus on number three, the answering machine.

Leaving a generic message does not spark interest and can leave a pretty bad dent in your chances of call back. So let’s make this easy and start off on the right foot. In order to do this, you just have to think of one thing – radio commercials or radio ads. Radio commercials are like the perfect sales pitch and if you take its principle to your advantage, your call back rate can dramatically increase.

1) Grab interest from the get-go – When you make a call the first 10 seconds set the tone for the whole call. This works the same way for your message. An interesting versus monotone voice, a friendly versus grumpy voice and a smart versus unconfident voice will make insurance sales leads listen. Also make sure you add something that will grab their attention like discount or affordable premium.

2) Keep it simple – Rambling will have you trying to get all your information in and that is just not going to help. Chances are you’ll either be talking too fast or you’ll misrepresent yourself. Remember that you are just trying to get them to call back, not making a pitch.

3) Give them key pieces of information – What perks do they get? People naturally listen and pick up details that are only important to them.

4) Personalize your message – Successful advertisements are made by companies that make people understand that they care about them as people and this is what makes a lot of consumers loyal.

We all love a good, well thought- out radio ad so give it a shot and see what it can do on your call back rate.

There are an increasing numbers of insurance agents who are using internet leads as their Insurance Marketing because they believe in the power of the internet to reach their target market and to increase their Insurance Sales. Old or new insurance agents are interested to know if exclusive leads will really make a difference in their sales or it is better to purchase a standard shared leads.

To help you decide which one is better, let me give you their advantages and disadvantages. The cost of exclusive leads are really expensive compared to standard shared leads for obvious reason, because the lead companies can no longer sell these leads to anyone so their income is limited. It can increase your close ratios but it is not guaranteed because it will still depend on your delivering and selling skills. But most insurance agents’ still purchase exclusive leads because there is less competition, higher contact ratios, higher close ratios, less wasted time and higher ROI (Return of Investment).

There is still competition even you purchase an exclusive leads because the prospects may still shop around for better deal but you will no longer compete with other agents because it is not standard shared leads. There are higher contact ratios and higher close ratios if you will be able to contact them first so less chances that prospects will shop around. There is less wasted time because you can give quality time to your prospects knowing that there are no other agents that will contact your leads. If there are higher close ratios and less wasted time, there is a possibility that you will have higher return of investment.

If you want to know if exclusive leads are really better than standard shared leads, you can test it for yourself. Try purchasing standard shared leads and try purchasing exclusive leads, compare the results and check which leads will generate more income. In this way, it will be easy for you to decide which types of leads you will purchase or you can speak with our lead specialist to enlighten you with exclusive leads and standard shared leads. You can call or fill out the contact form and the lead specialist will reach you within the day.
